Stolinchny consist of five floors of financial offices over two levels of subterranean parking for a local bank in Moscow, Russia.  Located on the Moscow River across from the Kremlin, the project had to meet strict historical guidelines.  David Hawkins provided conceptual design and Design Management consisting of negotiating contracts, managing budgets, monitoring schedules and managing multi-disciplined international design teams from concept design through construction.
