At H2A we have always taken great pleasure in designing and building custom homes. Each one is individual and unique and special care and attention to detail is given to each home. The planning and designing of your home is a personal and rewarding experience and we work with you as a team to make it your home. Your goals, dreams and budget are thoroughly considered in the design process and brought to fruition through a creative collaboration of yourself and our design team. We pursue a sustainable design through sensitive building orientation and planning, day-lighting controls, life-cycle analysis, energy efficient equipment, solar energy and recycled building materials, all with a goal of sustainable living in mind.
As continuation of our design service we also offer Construction Management through an Owner Builder process. In this role we manage the construction as your representative including bidding and selection of sub-contractors, budget control, site inspections, pay applications, lien releases, quality control, manage superintendents and project scheduling.
