Jefferson Tower is a dynamic entertainment destination which includes a mix of high quality restaurants, high end retail and limited high end office uses. The architecture consists of a “contemporary modern desert” theme set in a “Date Palm” grove reflecting the history of Indio. The architectural elements and materials identify entertainment retail and anchor tenants including the “Tower” marquee, roof forms, colors and details to make “Jefferson Tower” into a destination. The goal is to create a synergy between the restaurants, retail, entertainment and offices via the well landscaped and shaded pedestrian walkways and circulation patterns and the architecture. This theme continues as Jefferson Tower connects to its neighbors along landscaped meandering walkways on Highway 111 and the existing on site signalized intersection.
