Christopher M. Varone, LEED AP, is a Senior Designer and Project Manager with twelve years of Architectural experience and nine years experience in Project Management.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and has studied Art and Architecture throughout Europe. He is currently a member of the North Park Main Street Design Committee, where he is involved in community planning and design review. Chris is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is also an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.

Chris’s portfolio includes commercial offices, corporate headquarters, hotels, convention centers, libraries, educational buildings, mixed-use residential, and high-rise buildings. His project responsibilities include project management, design, programming, space planning, color and material boards, consultant coordination, construction documents, specifications, budget estimating, and construction administration.
