Michele Arnold-Kush, CID Certified Interior Designer, LEED AP, holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Interior Design. Michele has over twenty years experience in the design field. As a project manager, Michele has been responsible for all phases of design, which include programming, space planning, interior design, construction documents and construction administration.
To date, Michele has completed over 2.5 million square feet of commercial tenant improvement work, including corporate, manufacturing, and medical facilities.
Michele has worked with multiple architects, building owners, and developers in establishing an efficient building core and determining BOMA calculations for multi-tenant buildings. She has developed, designed, and provided construction documents for lobbies, corridors, and common-area restrooms. In addition to this, she has set up construction building standards to include tenant finishes.
