Feasibility Study

At H2A we work closely with our clients in evaluating their property to determine its highest and best use. Through this process of decision making we prepare a concept analysis of the project to determine the allowable size, height, parking and other zoning and entitlement requirements. In this effort we define a potential building envelope, it restrictions and what flexibility we have in the planning and design process. We then prepare diagram drawings to reflect this information in a format that can be used to prepare a financial proforma for the project.
