Caffe Pan Bon is a 10,400 s.f. restaurant in the Little Italy district of San Diego. The main dining room is a dramatic two story space with a 4,000 s.f. mezzanine and balcony lounge area. As the executive architect, H2's roll was to integrate the design concepts of CIERREESSE Arredamenti from Italy, into the final design of the restaurant, and to provide construction documents and construction services.
